This is a relevant issue when it comes to signing a prenuptial agreement. Yes age and assets really matter when it comes to agreeing to some legal terms before you are about to tie the knot. In fact, if you have thought that celebrities are the only ones signing up prenuptial agreements, then you are wrong. There are millions of couples signing them.

They say that the older you get, the better it becomes. I think that was much confusing for you. Well let me explain. It is better to sign them when you are matured and in your 30s or 40s. Why? Because by that you time you might have earned a fortune and might be possessing loads of properties. The older you get the matured you are. Your spouse would actually benefit from marrying you. However, the case is just the other way round when it comes to a younger person signing the prenuptial papers.
